Notice is hereby given that further to the First Calling Notice issued on 7th June 2025, please treat this note as the Final Calling Notice for this year’s Annual General Meeting for both organisations that will be held on Wednesday 30th July at Doric Park, starting at 7.30pm.

THIS MEETING (WHICH WILL INCORPRATE AGMs FOR BOTH ORGANISATIONS) IS OPEN ONLY TO ALL FULLY PAID-UP MEMBERS OF TROWBRIDGE RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB.

For the membership to have full visibility of activities the management board has provided with this calling notice via email to members:

Meeting Agenda
Minutes of the 2024 AGM for both the Charity (CIO) and Trading Subsidiary (TS)
Finalised financial accounts for both the Charity (CIO) and Trading Subsidiary (TS) as at 30th April 2024. The accounts are finalised and will not change. For the Charity Commission they will be reported in a different format.

Members will note that the accounts have been produced in a format that provides a greater level of fidelity and transparency for the membership to more fully understand the costs associated with the scope of the clubs' activities.

Office copies of all documents are available at the club office on request.
