We are very sad to advise that one of our former Junior players, James Williams, has passed away at the very young age of 27.
James joined Trowbridge in the U12s and was part of a successful team through to U17s, playing his part in the team, mainly in the front row. A quiet but effective player, he was part of a dominant pack in the team over a period of 6 years.
Team Manager Simon Howell said “James was always committed to training and making himself available. He underestimated how good he was but was always enjoyed being part of a group with a purpose that is inherent in a rugby team"
Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this difficult time.
