Trowbridge run of good form continued with another bonus point win this time away to Frome.
The Trowbridge pack showed their strenght and power in very muddy conditions to dominate the Frome forwards for most of the game, the first try was a penalty try awarded to the visitors when going for a pushover score the hosts wing forward dived into the back of the Trowbridge scrum trying to prevent them from scoring, Lloyd Davis slipped and miss Kicked the simplest of conversions in front of the posts. The poor ground conditions made handling difficult for both sides, the next score came from Kyle Knight breaking through the Frome defences from the base of of a set scrum to score out wide, again Davis was unlucky with the conversion to end a scrsppy half(0 - 10).
Frome started the second half at pace but again the slippery ball put an end to some good attacks from the home side and with the Trowbridge pack able to steal ball at the scrums the hosts were denied a lot of possession, Jackson Zsabo was the next to get on the score sheet with an accurate grubber kick and chase in behind the Frome defence to touch down in the corner this time Davis was successful with the conversion. The visitors continued to put Frome under pressure for most of the half but seemed unable to turn possession into points untill Adam Sullivan got the breakthrough to score out wide Davis adding the extra points end the game.
