With Josh Hayden Going over for the first try 15 min into the game, Converted by Simon Kemp. Coombe Down retaliated 10 min later with an unconverted try. Niall Bishop scored Trowbridge's second try 5 min before half time.

Coombe Down came back 5 min into the second half with an unconverted try, followed 5 min later by a penalty. Trowbridge kept up the pressure with Justin Read going over for a try 5 min later, converted by Rob Sully. Coombe Down scored the first of their last two tries followed by a try from Trowbrdge winger Ryan Jones. The final try of the game came from another magnificent run by Ryan Jones converted by Paul Taylor.
